Banana Bread is an all time favourite however is often made with refined flours and sugars. This more healthy model makes use of coconut flour, almond flour and pure sweeteners.
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp pure stevia if desired
- 3 bananas very ripe
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 8 pitted dates
- 12 free vary natural eggs
- ½ cup coconut oil melted
In a big bowl, combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and stevia (if utilizing) and put aside.
Put all the remaining substances, besides coconut oil, in a VitaMix and mix on low-med velocity till properly combined (don’t combine on excessive velocity as it would warmth up the combination).
