Beef Stew

This beef stew is the right hearty meal. The perfect dish for a chilly winter day!


  • 1 lb Beef stew meat
  • 1 medium Potato (diced)
  • 1/2-1 cup Carrots (diced)
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Beef bone broth
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Floor mustard
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 11/4-1/2 tsp Pink pepper flakes (optionally available)
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Salt & pepper to style


  • Reduce onion, potato and carrots and put to the facet.

  • Add salt and pepper to meat and to the moment pot on sauté & sauté till brown on most sides.

  • Add the remainder of the substances besides the bay leaf to the moment pot and stir.

  • Add bay leaf, change immediate pot from sauté to meat/stew and canopy for 30 min on excessive.

  • Press vent and let the stress cooker vent fully. 

  • Open the lid, take away the bay leaf, stir and luxuriate in!
