Beef Stew
This beef stew is the right hearty meal. The perfect dish for a chilly winter day!
Elements
- 1 lb Beef stew meat
- 1 medium Potato (diced)
- 1/2-1 cup Carrots (diced)
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1 cup Beef bone broth
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Floor mustard
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 11/4-1/2 tsp Pink pepper flakes (optionally available)
- 1 Bay leaf
- Salt & pepper to style
Directions

Reduce onion, potato and carrots and put to the facet.

Add salt and pepper to meat and to the moment pot on sauté & sauté till brown on most sides.

Add the remainder of the substances besides the bay leaf to the moment pot and stir.

Add bay leaf, change immediate pot from sauté to meat/stew and canopy for 30 min on excessive.

Press vent and let the stress cooker vent fully.

Open the lid, take away the bay leaf, stir and luxuriate in!
