Calypso Rice

This calypso rice could be very straightforward, tasty, and filling. The right facet for any protein!

Substances 

  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 medium Onion (thinly chopped)
  • 2 Celery Sticks (thinly chopped)
  • 2 medium Carrots (thinly chopped)
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Frozen Lower Inexperienced Beans
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Rice (raw)

Directions 

  • In a saucepan, mix the water, greens, and olive oil. 

  • Convey to a boil.

  • Add rice. Scale back warmth, cowl and let simmer for 20 minutes.
