Calypso Rice
This calypso rice could be very straightforward, tasty, and filling. The right facet for any protein!
Substances
- 3 cups Water
- 1 medium Onion (thinly chopped)
- 2 Celery Sticks (thinly chopped)
- 2 medium Carrots (thinly chopped)
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 cup Frozen Lower Inexperienced Beans
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Rice (raw)
