Chocolate Protein Muffins
- 1 scoop PurePath Chocolate Bone Broth Protein
- 1 scoop PurePath Collagen
- 1.2 cup Almond Flour
- 2-3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Monk Fruit
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 splash Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Add all of the dry components to a bowl and whisk collectively till mixed.
Add cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla to a blender and mix till clean.
Add the blended combination to the dry components and blend effectively.
Add muffin liners to muffin tray.
Add combination to mini muffin or common muffin tray.
Bake for 15 min.
