Chocolate Protein Muffins

Components 

  • 1 scoop PurePath Chocolate Bone Broth Protein
  • 1 scoop PurePath Collagen
  • 1.2 cup Almond Flour
  • 2-3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Monk Fruit
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 splash Vanilla

Directions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.

  • Add all of the dry components to a bowl and whisk collectively till mixed.

  • Add cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla to a blender and mix till clean.

  • Add the blended combination to the dry components and blend effectively.

  • Add muffin liners to muffin tray.

  • Add combination to mini muffin or common muffin tray.

  • Bake for 15 min.
