Cinnabites
These have been born out of attempting to provide you with a wholesome cinnamon roll recipe, abandoning the “roll” thought and choosing a muffin as an alternative. These hit the mark for certain. You too can frost them with a healthified cream cheese frosting. They’re nice for breakfast, snack or dessert.
Elements
- ½ cup plain amasai (or natural plain yogurt)
- ¼ cup erythritol to style
- 2 natural eggs
- 2 ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
TOPPING:
- 2 tbsp floor cinnamon
- 4 tbsp erythritol to style
- 2 tbsp natural unsalted butter melted (or coconut butter)
OPTIONAL FROSTING:
- ½ cup natural cream cheese
- stevia to style
- vanilla to style
- coconut milk to skinny, to style
Directions

Preheat oven to 310° F.

Mix all of the moist elements right into a bowl and mix nicely with a spoon.
