Cinnamon Pancakes

Substances 

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 tbsp Water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 2 scoops MaxLiving Grass-Fed Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Stevia to style
  • 2 tsp Butter

Toppings

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon and stevia to style

Directions 

  • Soften coconut oil in small chrome steel pan.

  • Add eggs and whisk collectively.

  • Add water, salt, vanilla extract, almond flour, and whey protein powder, beating properly after every addition.

  • Soften butter in medium-sized skillet over low warmth.

  • Pour 1/2 of batter into pan.

  • As soon as edges have set and begun to show gentle golden brown, flip over with a spatula.

  • Prepare dinner on the opposite facet for 1–2 minutes and switch to plate.

  • Repeat with remaining batter.

  • Combine cinnamon and sweetener in small bowl.
