This recipe is nothing wanting superb. They style and look similar to conventional brownies however these are literally nutritious and loaded with protein as a result of almond butter and whey protein. Make these to share at your subsequent potluck or celebration.
- 16 oz uncooked almond butter clean unroasted
- 2 natural eggs
- 1 cup erythritol or stevia to style
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ scoop Vanilla Excellent Protein by MaxLiving
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 stevia sweetened chocolate bar chopped
In a big bowl, mix almond butter till clean with an electrical mixer.
Mix in eggs, then sweetener and vanilla.
Add in cocoa, salt and baking soda, and coconut milk, then fold in chopped chocolate bar.
Line a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with parchment paper and pour batter into dish. It is going to be thick so that you make have to press it into form.
Bake at 325° F for 35-40 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clear.
