Protein-Packed Brownies

This recipe is nothing wanting superb. They style and look similar to conventional brownies however these are literally nutritious and loaded with protein as a result of almond butter and whey protein. Make these to share at your subsequent potluck or celebration.


  • 16 oz uncooked almond butter clean unroasted
  • 2 natural eggs
  • 1 cup erythritol or stevia to style
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ scoop Vanilla Excellent Protein by MaxLiving
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 stevia sweetened chocolate bar chopped


  • In a big bowl, mix almond butter till clean with an electrical mixer.

  • Mix in eggs, then sweetener and vanilla.

  • Add in cocoa, salt and baking soda, and coconut milk, then fold in chopped chocolate bar.

  • Line a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with parchment paper and pour batter into dish. It is going to be thick so that you make have to press it into form.

  • Bake at 325° F for 35-40 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clear.
