Raspberry & Beetroot Power Balls
For a candy deal with or a little bit afternoon pick-me-up, these Raspberry & Beetroot Power Balls are my go-to when the munchies hit. Excellent alongside a cup of natural tea!
1 cup of Raspberries (recent or frozen)
1 cup Oats
8x Pitted Dates
1 tablespoon of easy peanut/almond butter
1 tablespoon of beetroot powder
Soak the dates in water for 10 minutes till comfortable.
Add all components right into a meals processor and mix till a thick batter types.
Roll into equal measurement balls and chill for 20-Half-hour.
